Active & Energy Burning

1. The Floor is Lava (Pro Mode): Use pillows. If you touch carpet, freeze for 10s.
2. Balloon Tennis: Paper plate paddles + 1 balloon.
3. Laser Maze: Tape yarn or streamers across a darker hallway. Crawl through without touching.
4. Sock Basketball: Laundry basket + rolled up socks.
5. Animal Yoga: "Pose like a sleeping cat." "Pose like a giraffe drinking water."
6. Indoor Bowling: Empty water bottles = pins. Tennis ball = ball.
7. Pillow Sumo: Stuff pillows under shirts. Wrestle (gently).
8. Scavenger Hunt: "Find something blue, something round, and something that smells good."
9. Freeze Dance: Music stops, you freeze.
10. Tape Jump: Tape lines on the floor at different distances. How far can you jump?

Creative & Quiet

11. Stop-Motion Studio: Use a phone (tool, not toy) to take photos of Lego figures moving.
12. Box Car: Give them a big Amazon box and markers.
13. Toilet Paper Roll Binoculars: Tape two together. Go bird watching out the window.
14. Self-Portrait: Look in mirror. Draw what you see.
15. Write a Comic: "The Adventures of Super [Child's Name]."
16. Macaroni Art: Glue + dry pasta + paper. Classic.
17. Build a City: Use tape to make roads on the carpet for matchbox cars.
18. Shadow Puppets: Flashlight in a dark room.
19. Leaf Rubbings: Put leaves under paper. Rub with crayon side.
20. Origami: Make a paper boat and float it in the sink.

Kitchen & Science

21. Magic Milk: Milk in plate + food coloring drops + touch with dish soap.
22. Sink or Float: Guess if objects will sink or float in a bowl of water.
23. Bake Cookies: The measuring is math class.
24. Oobleck: Cornstarch + water. Is it liquid or solid?
25. Vinegar Volcano: Baking soda + vinegar. Do it in the sink.
26. Blind Taste Test: Blindfold them. "Is this apple or pear?"
